Managing Partner

Earl joined Michael Silver & Company in 1967 and became Managing Partner in 1976.With over forty five years of experience as a CPA with Michael Silver & Company, Earl has handled a broad range of specialized accounting, tax planning, and management consulting issues across a broad and diverse variety of industries and service lines, including vehicle leasing, automobile dealerships, employee benefit plans, business succession planning, and divorce litigation support. Earl has written for trade publications, and has spoken on a wide range of topics before various industry groups. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Roosevelt University, and he holds memberships with the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society. Earl has lived in the Chicago area his entire life, and enjoys golf and traveling abroad.  

Financial Planning and Investment Services

In addition to his responsibilities as Managing Partner, Earl has been providing financial planning and investment services for nearly 20 years.  He holds a stockbroker's license, a Registered Investment Advisor's license, and a Futures license.  Earl's areas of service include:

·         Development of individual financial objectives

·         Retirement and financial independence planning

·         Portfolio management

·         Analysis of life insurance

·         Cash management, financing and budgeting
