Eliot has been a partner with the firm since 1991. His prior experience includes eight years as a tax partner for a large, regional firm and nine years as a tax manager for a Big 6 firm. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Roosevelt University.

Eliot specializes in tax related issues for our clients. His areas of specialization include individual and corporate taxation, tax planning, estate and trust planning, and business valuations.

He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Accredited in Business Valuations (ABV) and is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, the Northwest Suburban Estate Planning Council, and Beta Gamma Sigma. He has also served in various positions with the Illinois Retail Merchants Association, CPAs for Public Interest, Tax Special Projects Committee of the Illinois CPA Society, and the Chicago Financial Retail Executive Association. He has conducted many seminars and published articles in the trade and professional press.
