Eugene has been with Michael Silver & Company since 1995, prior to that he had his own practice, which he managed for 38 years. He holds a Bachelor’s in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.

Eugene has experience in many different industries, particularly in freight lines, insurance agencies, the music industry, and the automotive industry.

His professional memberships include the Illinois CPA Society and the American Institute of CPAs. Eugene is also a member of the New Trier Substance Abuse program, has previously sat on the Board of Directors for the Jewish Vocation Services, and held the President and Treasurer positions for Niles Township Mental Health Center. He was also nominated for the City of Chicago Volunteer of the Year Award, given by Cook County.
