Joe has been with the firm since 1992. His prior experiences include tax manager and consulting positions with national and regional CPA firms as well as serving as the Tax Director for a publicly held leasing business. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and a Masters of Accountancy from DePaul University, where he majored in Taxation.

Joe specializes in tax planning, compliance and consulting. He has developed an expertise in multi-state income, franchise, sales and use tax issues, including local tax matters, personal property taxes, and taxpayer representations before IRS and other taxing bodies. Joe also works extensively in the international aspects of U.S. taxation. Joe is an integral part of the firm’s leasing industry expertise.

Joe is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. Joe is also an active member of Illinois CPA Society’s State and Local Tax Committee, of which he is a past Chairman. Mr. Roznai has authored numerous published articles, and is a frequent speaker on tax matters.
