Phil is an audit partner with Michael Silver & Company and has been with the firm since 1984. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.
Phil’s work within the firm’s audit department focuses on audits, reviews, compilations, consulting, and other accounting and tax services for a wide range of closely-held businesses. Phil has devoted particular attention to clients within the leasing, automobile, real estate, manufacturing, and resale industries.
Phil has published articles and given speeches in many areas of his expertise and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. Phil enjoys his free time with his wife Marybeth, son PJ and daughter Paige.
