Ronald A. Weiss joined Michael Silver & Company in 2008 as a partner. Ron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Roosevelt University, is a certified public accountant licensed by the state of Illinois, and is a member of the Illinois CPA Society. Upon graduation, Ron was hired by the IRS to work as a field agent and then went on to work as a CPA at a firm in Chicagoland. From there, he opened his own CPA firm in Morton Grove, growing from a one-man business to an office of seven.
Ron’s clients range from individuals to multimillion dollar corporations. He has always felt that all clients are important, regardless of size. His clients include various service oriented businesses, such as medical practices, law practices, advertising agencies; and in addition, manufacturing companies, ranging in size from a few employees to more than one hundred employees.
Because of his wealth of experience both as an IRS agent and as a private sector CPA, Ron is able to provide his clients with tax and estate planning, business valuations, audits, reviews, compilations, expert witness testimony, and IRS representation.
